THE CHALLENGE
Panels do not pause while the room catches up.
The programme moved between technology investment, new-energy development, elderly care and wellness. Speakers and delegates brought several languages into the same room, while panels and open discussion continued at a natural pace.
A conventional setup would require interpreter coverage, booths and headsets across every session.
HOW ORATO FLOW HELPED

Live captions reached personal devices from the opening remarks onward. On the main screen, the source speech and its translation appeared side by side so delegates could read along together.
Housekeeping, transitions and technical discussion remained clear as the programme moved from one session to the next.

Delegates followed the room in their preferred language from the first minute. Organisers delivered a full multi-topic agenda without interpreter booths, a headset operation or a separate interpreter for every panel.
